On August 12, 2008, EVS has entered into a Liquidity Providing Agreement with Petercam S.A. according to the Euronext rules & practices.  This agreement shall ensure minimum liquidity on the stock market at the opening, during the day and at the closing as well as reducing the bid-ask spread during the trading sessions.
