- DEVELOPEMENT TECHNOLOGIQUE VIDEO S.A. (DTV) is a holding company whose purpose is to manage and finance companies in which it holds a stake. It is owned equally by IMG S.A. and Belinvest S.A.
- IMG (Invest Minguet Gestion) S.A. is the holding company of the MINGUET family. Its object is the management and the financing of companies in which it owns shares. The Managing Director is Laurent MINGUET, one of the founders of EVS.
- BELINVEST S.A. is the holding company of the L’HOEST family. Its object is the management and the financing of companies in which it owns shares. The Managing Director is Pierre L’HOEST, one of the founders and current Managing Director of EVS.
- BIP Investment Partners S.A. is an investment company listed on the Luxembourg Stock Market. It specializes in the financing of strong growth companies located in the large neighborhood region of Luxemburg.
