As the 50% quorum for the Extraordinary Shareholders Meeting of May 19, 2009 was not reached, a new meeting has been convened for June 12, 2009 and will be able to, regardless of the capital represented, validly cast.

As the 50% quorum for the Extraordinary Shareholders Meeting of November 28, 2008 was not reached, a new meeting has been convened for December 24, 2008 and will be able to, regardless of the capital represented, validly cast.

November 28, 2008 - Extraordinary General Meeting
On September 4, 2008, EVS announced the acquisition of 100% of the share capital of D.W.E.S.A.B. Engineering BVBA, small profitable Belgian company that is specialized in service and software R&D for operating workflows, reality-TV and management of TV stations.
In order to simplify the legal structure of the group, D.W.E.S.A.B. Engineering BVBA will be absordbed by EVS. Thus, as required by law, the merger by absorption of D.W.E.S.A.B. Engineering by EVS Broadcast Equipment requires the approval of the EVS shareholders through an Extraordinary General Meeting. This one will be held on November 28, 2008, at the headquarter of EVS.
In case the 50% quorum for the Extraordinary Shareholders Meeting is not reached for the first meeting (which is, as usual, likely), another meeting would be convened (for December 24, 2008) and held, which may then, regardless of the capital represented, validly cast.
