EVS financial stakes

Aside of its business in the broadcast industry, EVS holds stakes in other companies.

The two main stakes of EVS are:

• XDC, in which EVS owns 41.3% (30.2% fully diluted), active in the digital cinema industry
• Mecalec SMD, in which EVS owns 49.5%, specialized in the assembling and the production of electronic components
